Traduciones Técnicas y Profesionales (TTP), established in 2001, has embarked in providing top-quality Total Document Management services, which means that we have established a quality program and have specialists to cater for the full range of services that are required from copywriting or translating a document to editing and design until it is finally published electronically or in print.
Our quality
Our commitment is to render totally integrated services, based on continuous improvement and according to customer needs; with the sole goal to exceed their expectations on the services we provide. We value accuracy and timely delivery of our translations and related services most.
We use state of the art technology for the delivery of our services. We have available the most current Translation Memory (TM) software (TRADOS© [view brochure] and WordFast©) and we use the latest versions of the most common office suits (MSOffice© and Corel©) and design software (Adobe©, Macromedia© and Corel©).
Currently, we have adapted our workflow to adapt it to what is provided for in DIN 2345 (Translation Services), which requires that we also consider what is set forth in DIN 5008, DIN EN 28601, ISO 31 series, ISO 690:1987, ISO 690-2:1997, ISO 704:1987 and ISO 1087. We will soon be applying for certification.
Our people
Among our many local and international collaborators, TTP outsources to the most qualified mechanical, IT, chemical, electrical and electronics engineers; HR and marketing specialists; publicists; journalists; editors; translators; designers; and data entry operators.
The criteria for selecting our staff and team of outsourcers is based on the following:
- Qualification: Through formal education and relevant experience in the area of expertise;
- Language competence: Command of the source and target languages required to perform the job;
- Software literacy: Adequate skills in handling the software required;
- Certification: When required, suitable authorization (e.g. sworn translators).
Our expertise
TTP is located in Querétaro, central México, where the economy is based primarily on the automotive and general manufacturing industry. Thus, we have specialized in:
Power generation, information technology, software, hardware, automotive industry and general manufacturing processes, machinery, tools and support areas; including HR, marketing and finance.
We also have extensive experience providing services related to legal, medical, pharmaceutical, financial, home appliances, and general business texts, as well as localizing marketing materials for the Latin American market.
